Commonly referred to as S.M.A.R.T Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Service – Our fully mobile alloy wheel repair service provides repair and reconditioning of alloys to both private and trade customers including many Merthyr Tydfil main dealers, Insurance companies and Fleet owners.
We work on your damaged wheels at your convenience either at your place of work or at your home in Merthyr Tydfil. We will need a flat level area to work with enough space to park a van nearby and require access to a power point.
Your wheels will remain on your car and our technician will grind and blend any damage and thoroughly inspect your wheel to ensure your wheel is safe to be repaired.

Product and Services
Our Alloy Wheel Smart Repair Process consists of a three part process that bring your alloy wheels back to their original like NEW look. Our technicians are fully trained in the latest repair techniques and process and have more than 20 years of experience each.
Stage One- First the technician will clean the wheel and refurbish any damaged areas of the wheel.Stage Two- He will then apply a coat of epoxy resin to any indented or damaged areas, which will also strengthen the wheel and help restore the surface finish before cleaning out any any marks or damage.
Stage Three- When the surface structure has been bought back to its original lines he will then give the wheel a final clean before repainting and applying two coats of lacquer to make it look like new again.
The wheel remains on the car during this process and it normally takes around an hour per wheel. Your technician will just need access to an electrical point and a level area to work.
